1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery, provided that:

- The item is unused and in its original condition.

- The item is returned in its original packaging with all accessories, labels, and documentation.

- The item is not a customized or made-to-order product.

Non-returnable items include (but are not limited to):

- Custom-made or personalized items.

- Items that have been opened, assembled, or used.

- Final sale items or products sold under clearance promotions (unless damaged or defective upon arrival).

2. How to Request a Return

Kindly include the following in your message:

- Order number

- Reason for return

- Photos clearly showing the condition of the product (especially if damaged)

Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days and provide instructions for the next steps.

3. Refund Process

- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

- If approved, the refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 7 to 14 business days.

- A full refund will be provided in cases of faulty or incorrect products.

- For returns due to personal preference (e.g. change of mind), shipping or handling fees may be deducted from the refund.

4. Exchanges

If you would like a different product, please:

- Return the original item following the return process.

- Place a new order on our website.

5. Return Collection and Rejected Returns

We will arrange for product pickup from the address registered in your order once the return request is initially approved.

If, after inspection, the returned item does not meet the return conditions (e.g. used, damaged, missing packaging), the return will be rejected.

In such cases:

- You will be notified of the rejection.

- You must collect the product within 14 calendar days of receiving the notification.

- If not collected within the specified time, Inspiration R Us reserves the right to dispose of the product without further obligation or liability.

6. Order Cancellation

- Orders can be canceled only before they are shipped.

- If the order has already been shipped, the standard return policy will apply after delivery.
