Vendor Terms & Conditions

These Vendor Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the registration, participation, and sale of products by vendors (“Vendor” or “you”) on the online marketplace operated by Inspiration Trading & Projects (Operating as Inspiration R Us) (“Platform” or “we”). By registering and selling through the Platform, you agree to comply with these Terms.

1. Registration and Account Information

1.1 To become a Vendor, you must provide accurate and complete information, including but not limited to:

  • Business Name
  • Contact Full Name and Number
  • Email Address
  • Payment/Banking Information
  • Commercial Registration Number
  • Tax Registration Number
  • VAT Certificate
  • Company Address
  • Any Additional Information requested by the Platform

1.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted through your account.

1.3 The Platform reserves the right to verify the submitted information and may suspend or terminate accounts containing false, incomplete, or misleading information.

2. Vendor Obligations

By registering as a Vendor, you agree to:
2.1 Supply genuine, new, and defect-free products that comply with applicable laws and standards in Qatar and any future territories.
2.2 Provide accurate product descriptions, high-quality images, and relevant certifications where required.
2.3 Fulfill all customer orders on time and comply with the Platform’s operational policies regarding shipping, delivery, and returns.
2.4 Respect customer rights related to returns, exchanges, and warranties under applicable laws.
2.5 Protect customer data and handle personal information in compliance with data protection regulations.
2.6 Ensure that your products do not infringe upon any third-party intellectual property rights and comply with the Platform’s prohibited product policies.

3. Platform Obligations

The Platform agrees to:
3.1 Provide an online environment for displaying and selling Vendor products.
3.2 Facilitate payment collection and provide reports on sales and transactions.
3.3 Offer support related to product listings, content standards, and customer interactions.
3.4 Monitor compliance with platform policies and take appropriate actions against violations.

4. Fees and Commissions

4.1 Fees, commissions, and other financial arrangements will be defined in the final Vendor Agreement and may vary depending on product categories or promotional terms.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 The Platform retains ownership of its interface, trademarks, and all content created by the Platform.
5.2 By listing products, the Vendor grants the Platform a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use product images, descriptions, and other marketing materials for promotional and sales purposes.

6. Data Protection

6.1 Both Parties shall protect all customer data and comply with applicable data protection laws.
6.2 The Vendor shall not use customer information for purposes outside the Platform’s approved operations.

7. Confidentiality

Both Parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during their business relationship.

8. Termination

8.1 The Platform may suspend or terminate Vendor access in case of:

  • Violation of these Terms
  • Submission of false or misleading information
  • Intellectual property infringement or sale of prohibited products

8.2 The Vendor may terminate participation by providing written notice to the Platform.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 The Platform shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from Vendor products, orders, or customer dealings.
9.2 The Vendor is solely responsible for the quality, compliance, and legality of its products.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

10.1 These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Qatar.
10.2 Any disputes shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiations. If unresolved, disputes may be referred to the competent courts of Qatar.

By registering and listing products on the Platform, the Vendor acknowledges and agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
